Welcome to Kolea 9L

Kolea 9L boasts a multitude of the most important features that should be considered before selecting your vacation villa. It is centrally located within the resort, near the private and prestigious Kolea Beach Club and the access gate to ever popular Anaeho'omalu Bay. The other considerations this upper floor home enjoys is an ocean view, high quality furnishings and local staff for onsite assistance.

This vacation villa is beautifully furnished with a warm tropical feel, and soft inviting tones. The soft custom paint, the newly tiled floors, the upgraded indoor wine cooler and outdoor beverage center combine with the elegant furnishings to create welcoming blend of class and casualness.

The master bedroom is furnished with a solid wood four post king bed and a large flat screen television.  A wet bar beside the master is conveniently equipped with a personal wine cooler and sink.  Indulge yourself in the deep soaking tub of the master bath, which also has a walk in shower enclosed in a wall of glass, and dual vanities set in African Mahogany and Travertine.

The guest bedroom has a set of full beds with solid wood headboards displaying gorgeous leaf carvings.  The guest bedroom also has a large flat screen television and a work station as wireless internet service is available throughout.  Guests retiring here also enjoy a deep soaking tub, walk in shower and dual vanities.

The lanai has a built in summer kitchen, complete with a stainless steel Viking barbecue grill, sink and beverage center.  Whether you are out on deck enjoying the complimentary coffee that meets you upon your arrival, having a sunset cocktail, or a relaxing cook out, you will find the lanai will comfortably meet your needs.  The dining table seats four and a lounge chair is paired with an ottoman for stretching out.

 

 

 

A distinguishing feature is the large lanai glass doors that retract completely into a wall pocket, allowing you to enjoy the ocean view and tropical breeze from within the villa. The living area has couch seating and two inviting arm chairs along with an enormous flat screen television.

A lovely dining table seats four, and three swivel bar stools provide additional seating at the multi level island in the kitchen.  The gourmet kitchen is well stocked for your convenience.  Stainless steel appliances gleam in the setting of the Mahogany and granite surroundings.

Being situated merely one building away from the Kolea Beach Club, you will find Kolea 9L to be extraordinarily convenient.  Alternately, when retiring to 9L, you will find the noise and activity of the Kolea Beach Club will not be much of an issue as you have the perfect amount of distance to keep the hustle and bustle at bay as desired.

This villa is located on the second floor, accessible by stairs or elevator. Guest parking stalls are located immediately to the side the building, closest to the villa.

Located oceanfront of the Club is the Anaeho'omalu Bay Access Gate.  Being the only resort within Waikoloa with direct beach access allows our guests the ability to pack up a cooler and beach towels and walk to the nearby sandy shore for a day of sun and surf.  A Snack Shack and Surfboard Rentals are available here.  Hawaii Ocean Sports also launches Glass Bottom Boat Tours, Snorkeling Cruises and Whale Watches from A-Bay.

Kolea is located in the Waikoloa Beach Resort, between the Hilton Waikoloa Village and the Waikoloa Beach Marriott, which places features such as spas, luaus, fine and casual dining all within walking distance.

The Waikoloa Beach Resort is also home to the Kings' Shops, Queens' Marketplace, Waikoloa Kings and Beach World Class Golf Courses, Dolphin Quest, Hawaii Ocean Sports and so much more!  A gourmet grocery store, gas station, food court and coffee shops add convenience to this destination spot.
